Bench Aid for the Reporting of Cervical Histological Samples Associated with Abnormal Cervical Cytological or Colposcopic Investigations
Published September 2003 | ISBN 1 84 4630 02 1
This bench aid is designed to be of practical help when reporting histological specimens that have been taken in response to abnormal cytological or colposcopic findings during screening by the NHS Cervical Screening Programme.
It should be used in conjunction with Histopathology reporting in cervical screening (NHSCSP Publication No 10 Apr 1999). It is not intended to be an exhaustive atlas of cervical pathology, but rather is intended to help with the diagnosis of common cervical pathology and to offer guidance in avoiding pitfalls.
For technical reasons, this publication cannot be downloaded as a PDF but it is available on CD from the Department of Health publication orderline, below.
